Domestic Orders: Shipping and handling is charged at a flat rate based in part on the total cost and weight of the items, before tax. The minimum shipping and handling charge for all orders is $6.95. Orders up to 2 pounds are usually shipped via US Priority Mail; orders 2 pounds and over will be shipped via UPS Ground (insured).
Foreign Orders: Our shopping cart will only calculate US shipping charges - please contact us by email or telephone with your order so that we can provide you with shipping options and costs.
We are pleased to offer genuine spare parts and accessories for Eitech® and Exacto® construction sets here in out online store. In addition, we are proud to be the only authorized dealer for genuine Merkur® construction set spare parts. Please note: Parts are imported directly from the manufacturers in Europe and South America, so supplies may be limited from time to time. For this reason, we reserve the right to limit quantities purchased. When you order, be sure to note any such limits that may be applied to certain parts: we cannot fill orders that exceed these limits. For parts that are low in stock or backordered, or if you need larger quantities, contact us about availability.
A NOTE ON SPARE PART COMPATABILITY Eitech® and Merkur® spare parts have 10mm hole spacing, so the parts are usually compatible with one another. Exacto parts, on the other hand, have ½" hole spacing, so the parts are usually compatible with Ami-Lac and Erector® sets. If you wish to mix and match parts between systems, please keep this in mind. If you have any questions about part compatibilty, email us.
All parts are shown in their normal color or finish. Certain parts may be available in more than one color. For these, we have noted any secondary colors or finishes in the description. If you have a preference as to color, please email us after you place your order. We will do our best to accomodate you with the stock we have on hand, but if need be we will substitute whatever color is available.
